SDA is stupid. When I sat on some ANSI committees, we had to sign saying that our companies had no IP that would conflict with the standards we were working on. SDA has no legal standing, just a "standard" -- Eye-Fi has the force of patent law behind them.

I think this argument should be handled according to the "old west" rules - give each CEO a revolver, make them walk 10 paces, turn, and may the one with the better ideas win.
