Usb Not Working> Burning Small Speakers USB Stopped working after i burned small speaker

Hi,
about 5 weeks ago i have been burning small speakers VIA usb connected to PS3 (port 2)

Science than usb port 2 doesn't work, and everytime i turn my PS3 on message
is displayed in top right corner saying
"The maximum amount of power that can be supplied to the usb devices has been reached. Please remove at least one device.".

is there any way to fix it>?
