How do they determine that I am dead? It would be embarassing to have it send my "last message" if I were still here. I assume you or at least they wouldhave to be on Facebook, which I happen to despise. I would nonetheless use Facebook for that purpose. From my point of view the story is woefully lacking in useful information.

You can always try READING the column you are commenting on. If you aren't on Facebook, then why comment on a subject CLEARLY about Facebook as the title suggests? You are an odd one...
