World Bench 5 Component Results(seconds)

don't understand the meaning of these results as seen in motherboard reviews. For ex., I am interested in getting a new mother board, and in these results there are comparisons re to "seconds" for Adove premiere: AMD boards tend to be around 350; Intel boards around 450. What precisely do these numbers mean; which is better, faster, etc?Randall Martin
