Logitech Wilife Online Service Down Since 1/28/12

The web site that allows online viewing of Logitech's Wilife security cameras (online.wilife.com) has been down since January 28th. Apparently, Logitech did not renew their domain registration with GoDaddy. Repeated posts by many angry users has NOT had any impact on getting Logitech to act. They have had more than enough time to renew the domain name registration.

Until this is fixed, owners of the Wilife system can't access their cameras via the internet, one of the main features of the system.

It is my suspicion that Logitech is purposely letting the domain expire in order to force people to buy the newer Alert system cameras. This would require each customer to purchase new equipment at great expense.

I know no other reason they could possible have to not renewing the domain registration.

Can anyone contact Logitech and find out what is going on? Here's the contact information:
