One of my teachers has a bunch of playlists and stuff for the audiotracks that came with the textbook, and wants to have it located on a network drive. Before, the main machine was running XP, and it was referencing a certain folder on that network drive (likely the default documents folder\my music). The second one is also running XP. Now, the main one runs Windows 7, and has the library files stored on the C: drive (however, it's referencing the mp3s on the network drive). This way, she has the music, but not the playlists. This is a problem because she has a lot of stuff sorted already and it'd be a pain to redo it all. Before, with the main machine running XP, both machines were referencing the same library on the network drive, and all was fine. Any ideas?

btw I recall I tried changing the music library's location before on the w7 machine, but couldn't due to some administrative restrictions. Also, the itunes media folder location in the advanced tab of preferences only seems to change where it puts files that I rip. I tried putting an existing itunes library elsewhere on the hard drive and changed the itunes folder to that, restarted itunes, but it kept giving me playlists and stuff from the existing one. UGHH...
