Hi there,
Need some help!
I have Excel 2010 on my laptop.
I am trying create an Excel spreadsheet that contains drop down lists, whereby the cells are formatted to go a different colour when a specific drop down is chosen.
I have managed all the above successfully, however, I need to make my spreadsheet accessible to 2003 users.
I have managed this for the drop down list BUT the colour conditioning formatting is not compatible and is therefore removed when I Save As 2003.
It is definitely possible to create the colour conditional formats in 2003, but I can't do it the way all the forums suggest as you have to follow a different route in 2010 versions.
Help!!
How can I apply conditional formats that are 2003 compatible from within a 2010 program?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

That seems no way to do with the 2010 program, but it will be solved by installing a 2010 compatible pack on the computer which runs excel 2003 program.
