But they appear to have taken the flyer off their home page. Apparently everyone pointing at them was embarrassing.

Anyway, yes, while some of these things could be an 'indicator', another thing you might consider is, how are 'Starbucks' or 'McDonalds' going to make to make these secondary observations about your computer without hard-core snooping on what you do there?
