Hello,

I am looking for a ink jet MFP printer which the priority is having ADF and the scan speed in black and white because I will only use it to scan my pen writing texts in A4 paper the output does not to need to be perfect but the sufficient to be well readable right know I only have a HP 2004 flatbed scanner without ADF and a speedy scanning MFP with auto document feeder and the voice recordings that I just started to do would seriously boost my productivity.

I already goggled a lot about this but the problem is the reviews rarely refer the scan speed in B&W (or color) so for me it became difficult to choose based on this requirement for me searching makes part of fun but this time I can not find a conclusion.

I am looking for scan speeds for my write texts in about 6 seconds ie 10ppm plus ADF,auto scan front and back, Ink jet technology and max price 250$ but preferably less recently i just discovered the scan to text feature and I definitely want it and this became my first priority in my new MFP so one that can do this fast and with the least user intervention would be my choice, does not matter if it comes with OCR soft. or not.

If one of bottom six of this page http://www.canon.co....kjet/index.aspx would meet my needs would be perfect.

Can I use some calculate between the print speed and the copy speed to have some idea or any good MFP nowadays can achieve the scan speeds that I search.

I do not care very much for the copy function and I do very little printing.

So what ink jet MFP do you recommend?

Thanks in advance

Sorry for my english

If you are looking for buying multifunctional printers then canon pixma MG6120 is really a good option for you. It has great features and performs well.
