Standard AT&T hook them with lies, then stomp them with made up justification. Has anyone checked their claims about that 5% user crap is the biggest load. All the data provider sing the same song, it sounds good but is it true, I doubt it.

Why punish the wrong-doers when you can just punish everybody? Such is the world we live in today, when criminals barely get punished yet we all suffer because of them. BS&S, Verizon, and others should have targeted the handful of people abusing the system instead of punishing us all because of them. The U.S. is definitely going backwards in a world that is trying to move forward. What will be the outcome of all this?

Time for a class action lawsuit! It's classic bait-and-switch and standard operating procedure for AT&T.

keep signing those contracts and keep complaining afterwards. The solution is to buy month to month no contract plans from a number of companies not named AT&T or Verizon. You can purchase the amount of data that you need and use it how you see fit from a few mb to unlimited. There are no overage charges and you can tether if you want. That is the way cell phone service is headed and if the carriers don't change their business practices they will continue to lose customers. Forget about contracts they do absolutely nothing for the consumer and keep the major carriers making billions a year and having complete control over phones and their use. When consumers say no more, the carriers will listen or go out of business which is not likely to happen. Even all the lobbying in the world can not keep the carriers bad business model going if consumers stop signing contracts and refuse to do business with said carriers. Let your pockets do the talking. Cheers.
