Cant Access Website!

Hello
I'm not very good with computers I know a little but not a lot
I've recently not been able to access a website (www.jmldirect.com) and I have no idea why!
My son knows a little bit about computers and tried to ping jml and got this
ping request could not find host www.jmldirect.com. Please check the name and try again.
he also tried pinging the IP address and it kept timing out.
He thinks it might be something to do with the router because no one else in the house can access it (computers all linked up via Ethernet cable)
We've also tried it in all the different browsers I.e, Firefox and Google Chrome.
Any ideas what the problem could be?
Thank you

Hi and welcome to the forums. You might want to try and reset the router. To do this, unplugged the CAT5 Cables to the computer(s). Shut off the power to the router and wait for a minute or so, then repower the router. It will reprogram itself then you can replug the cables to the computer(s).

Hi Coastie65
We have just done what you suggested however the website is still not working
Any other suggestions?
Edit: We can get on other sites just not that one in particular

That site has either been hijacked or there is a problem with it's security certificate. Either way, I have contacted JML and apprised them of the situation. What you are experiencing is probably your browser's way of protecting you.

My email to JML just bounced back - "invalid recipient". So, we'll probably just have to wait, until they sort their server problems.

Problem seems to be solved.
Finally managed to get onto JML website, guessing it was their end & not mine.
Thanks for help.

Yes the problem was on their side. I was also experiencing the same for a website but I just confirmed from different IPs and found that all the other IP addresses are unable to access the website than I assumed website might have a problem with their server.
