This pcworld doesn't sell computers (I'm assuming you mean the UK retailer pcworld?). Try something like "owner" or "password".

Hi and welcome to the forums. As was stated, we are not affiliated with the PC World Super Stores in the UK. We are forums associated with the U.S. publication, PCWorld Magazine. That having been said, that is a bit strange, because once you have done a recovery to the original factory condition, then you shouldn't need a password, as you haven't set it up with one as yet. I think there may be some password recovery stuff out there, but I would have to look.

There might be a standard password PC world would be using for their PCs. Ask them and try to login your system with it. If you're unable to log in then you have to go there and try to recover it. Another option is there that is to boot the system with fresh copy of Windows with DOS that won't need you to log in to your system. If you want more help about this ask me further.
