Nice, clear story. For the first time, I seem to be getting a grip on what's happening in this story. Proview seems to have acted in bad faith.

Wow. So, I'm a huge fan of Apple products in general. I am not, on the other hand, a fan of Apples attitude or arrogance. This issue of IPAD vs iPad brings one word to my mind...KARMA. For the last year or so Apple has been on a litigious tear. Suing just about every manufacturer of competing mobile products. There is a saying that really is all to appropriate for this situation, "Don't hate the players, hate the game." And I'll give them that. BUT, when you try and sue a competitor for something as petty as a "slide to unlock" patent or the "ability of a phone to recognize phone numbers on websites" you are bound to reap what you sew. This Proview company is set up to make a $killing$ in this dispute because of a petty and ridiculous technicality. Apple, you deserve it.
