Junk mail can be marked as junk mail, but you still have to delete it, In a drop-down menu, you can mark the domain of the sender of junk mail. Once you have marked junk mail as such, is there a way that you can change your mind and select the domain? I think that would eliminate much if no all my junk mail. Correct me if I am wrong.

Those things work a bot differently with whoever you have your email with. I have a box for outright junk and I don't even see the stuff. Another is for Suspected Junk and I can go through it and see what is there. I rarely get spam in my inbox, and when I do, I junk it. In mine, once you have deletd something in the suspected junk box, there is no way to retrieve it as it doesn't go to the trash can, If it is deleted from my inbox, it does and I can go back and retrieve it if I change my mind on something. Noew, If I juck something, it will go to my supespect box and remain there unto I either move it back to my inbox or delete it. As I said, they all work a little differently though, so I can't speak to any one specific email provider.

What e-mail client are you using?

I'm sorry. I should have made it clearer. I use two e-mail programs, Windows Hot Mail and Live Mail. I use Live Mail most of the time. When I check off a message as Junk Mail it defaults to simply marking the message as junk mail. In the drop down menu there is a place to block the domain. I would like to change all the blocked junk mail to blocked domain if I can. I suspect that an affirmative answer may a lot of junk mailers unhappy.

Huh? Windows Live Hotmail is a web-based email service, and Windows Live Mail is an email program.

I use both. Is there something wrong with that? One will do things that the other will not.

It's just a bit confusing, that's all. I use the same setup myself; setup my hotmail account in the Windows Live Mail program. I think blocking a sender just sends them to the junk folder though... I messed with this once.

I agree. It is a bit confusing at times. You may be right about how the junk mail routed. I still hope that that there is a way to handle it and I don't have to. I may be a dreamer.

I'm not sure this wilol work, but here goes. I have found what I think is a method that will work. I move any files that may be in my junk file folder and mjkove them to my delete folder at that point I can change the disposition fo the file and have the domain blocked. This is a hassle as each file must be acted on individualy. It does seem to work. I will not say more than that.
