GPU: Sure
CPU: NO!!!! That is an older LGA1366 CPU (now retired performance socket), and the motherboard you chose is a LGA1155 one (mainstream current socket).
RAM: Sorta - you want ram in pairs for the board you chose. You could get one more 2GB stick, same specs as the others, and use that, or drop one 2GB stick, using 2 instead. You might not be able to boot with 3 pairs though (and if it does work, you'll be giving up dual-channel, sacrificing some speed).
HD, Audio, Wireless: Sure

Why are you replacing the motherboard?

Hi. The motherboard will support that card. No problem. As for the graphics acrd cooler, as long as you get a good case with good air flow, you shouldn't need one. I have a Cooler Master 912 HAF mid tower and running a GTX 560Ti and have had no temperature problems. Course I have a bunch of fans in there too. Have a 200mm Intake and three 120mm fans for exhaust. Plenty of air getting through there.

my temps reach 80c gameplay, this whole thing is pretty much for me to get a cooler and be able to upgrade in the future because im getting a bigger case, and im used to low temps because i used to have amd

The GPU temp? Try reapplying the thermal paste. Does the fan work? If anything, amd processors tend to run hotter than intel ones it seems (TDP wise) nowadays.

Try switching the thermal material to Arctic Silver 5, OCZ Freeze, or IC Diamond. Then grab up MSI Afterburner, and create a custom fan profile, increasing fan speed as the card warms up. Nvidia cards don't just get hotter, the profiles ALLOW them to get hotter. Meaning Nvidia chose the path of lower noise rather than lower heat. You can customize a profile to prefer lower heat over noise.

Hi. Pretty much normal for that card : http://benchmarkrevi...1&limitstart=15 . You can do as suggesed and reapply thermal compond after cleaning off the old stuff.
That card does tend to run a bit warm, but not dangerously so.
