yes but you will only pay for it once, you are re-capturing what is normally wasted to use somewhere else without having to pay again.

While possible, that is not necessarily the case.

For example, heat scavenged from the air in your house during the winter heating season increases the load on your heating system.
While each is entitled to his own opinion, no one is entitled to his own facts.
