Ie 9 Favorites Favorires will not import

I'm using IE 9 on a Win 7 Desktop & Notebook PC. When I try to import the Desktop Favorites to the Notebook PC via jump drive,
all the favorite folders do not import(About half). I get an error message that says"All favorites did not import successfully". I've done this several times with same results.

Click start, your username, favorites. Copy the stuff from there to the same folder on the other machine.
