I've never heard of that site. Also, keep in mind that cheap tablets often have poor build quality and performance. There's a reason why ones like the ASUS Transformer prime cost so much.

I would suggest you to go for Samsung galaxy tab 2. It is really cool and affordable and most importantly the brand name is Samsung.

One thing you need to consider with tablet is what you want to use it for. I have the Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1 with 32 GB. It doesn't have a HDMI port or slot for a SD card. My Galaxy came with Honeycomb and it did automatic updates to other versions of Honeycomb. I tried to download Chrome fromm the playstore and I could see it available although on my Samsung SIII Chrome was available for download. I figured it out that is was because my phone had Ice Cream Sandwich. Two weeks ago Samsung did and update on my tab to ICS and i was able to DL Chrome.
Also you have to decide what size screen the Nexus 7 is selling like crazy is 7" and had the latest and greatest Android Jelly Bean. Also Windows 8 is coming out on tablets soon and that will be another option.
If i were to buy now I would probably go with either the Samsung or Asus with the Asus the leader because of the quad core processor.

I always get wary when electronics are too cheap. Chances are they're either shoddy quality, or they're stolen. In this case, it's more likely it's a quality issue.
