Help
What is everything that is needed for a photo editing computer. Do I need a video card? If yes what would be a good one to get. Photoshop CS 5, Light room 3 and other software will be installed and used.

It all depends on how much editing to you need to do. There are plenty of free photo editors, both programs and web services. I haven't looked at them in years, so I'm not going to recommend one.
I use Photoshop Elements, the cheaper, consumer-level Photoshop program. It ain't free, but it has some very cool features--especially involving layers and ways of removing the background. I use it to create a lot of the thumbnail images for the Answer Line blog (you'll find a few favorites here).
And I'm not even using the current version. I have Elements 8, which is 2 generations behind, now.
