Computer Selection. Is This Good?

A lot of the "green" drives on the market spin at 5400 and park when not in use to conserve energy, I'm using one myself with an SSD for booting and application/game storage (see sig). Since the SSD is doing to critical work the slower speed of the storage drive isn't an issue. HOWEVER, if you're doing a lot of writing to the drives (as in video editing) I believe you will see a performance hit like others have mentioned. It all depends on your intended use of the RAID 0.
Do you have the option of going for a 120 or 128 GB SSD and a single 7200 RPM HDD (either 1 or 2 TB)?

Neither do I.
@HG,
I hope it's clear from my first post that I was offering an opinion based on actual experience with my own rig. Of course, your needs and results may vary.

Powerspec is fine and does what you need. It might have some problems sometimes but less than Dell and HP. I currently replaced about 60 computers from Dell and HP that gave "Please Wait" screen problems. Neither Dell nor HP nor Microsoft could solve the problem. Well at least I can install Linux on them and sell them for some cash since Dell and HP did not want to refund money for them.
I think that the Powerspec G210 would be fine for your needs. When you get it run some test, like Memtest86 and prime95 to see if there are any problems with the system. If there are, than return it or exchange it. In the order of 60 that I got, there were 2 machines with RAM problems but I exchanged them. The rest of 58 pass without any problems.

I would get the G214 since it has AMD Radeon. The NVIDIA GeForce in the G213 is not great in my opinon at least.

This is the G214 specs: http://www.microcent...duct_id=0389771 I like what I see spec wise and has two good cards in Crossfire. Not familiar with the builder and other aspects associated with it though ( such as customer service / support ). Also, no price was given. Like I said, the specs are good though.

The price is listed in the zmags as $1499.99 for the G214, which is the same price as the G213.
