Do you guys have to get the rights to use the MODERN "Windows Phone" logo or you are just choosing to be lazy?

Sure a camera built into a phone could be a good idea when someone might not have a real camera available. And one might even get lucky enough to occasionally get lucky enough to capture a good image and even enlarge it into an 8x12 or the size of a small computer monitor, but...
As any good photographer would well be aware of... It's more than just the number of megapixels. It's more so about the size of the sensor and also the quality of the lens grouping. Unfortunately you can have neither of thse in any mobile phone.
But until Leica makes a mobile phone this might be a minor step in the right direction.

yeah, only that this phone has a very large sensor. larger than any high end compact camera. so you pretty much fail.

Is it going to compare to a full frame DSLR or a medium format camera? Of course not, particularly in low light situations, but to have it available in something I almost always have with me is a HUGE step forward. Here's the relative size of the sensor:

Specs are:
Carl Zeiss Optics
Focal length: 8.02mm
35mm equivalent focal length: 26mm, 16:9 | 28mm, 4:3
F-number: f/2.4
Focus range: 15cm – Infinity (throughout the zoom range)
Construction:
• 5 elements, 1 group. All lens surfaces are aspherical
• One high-index, low-dispersion glass mould lens
• Mechanical shutter with neutral density filter
Optical format: 1/1.2”
Total number of pixels: 7728 x 5368
Pixel Size: 1.4um
2.93GHz i7 w/12 gigs, 27" IPS @2560x1440 and 23 IPS @1920x1080 fed by an ATI HD 5750

Yet another POS by Nokia. Nokia should just give up and move to Android or even try WebOS. It will be back in the game if it does.
Windows Phone will NEVER be what it was when PDA's first started hitting the scenes, eg, ETEN Glofiish. Move on Nokia
