Hello lads,
Just bought a Toshiba Satellite L50D-14R from PC World in Crawley, and it wont turn on. Has been charging for two hours now, yet nothing. The charging lights on the laptop are on, the battery is warming up, yet when I press the "Power on/off" button nothing happens. No change in lights, no noise, no whirring, nothing... I am extremely annoyed with this, and want like some sort of help. This laptop has never been used and was priced at £379.99.
Thanks in advance, Todd.

But what you need to do is return the lappy to them. Give'em a ring on the dog n'bone.

Remove the charged battery from laptop, insert the battery again. Hope laptop might work.

If no fans or lights are turning on when pressing the power button but the charging light is on, it sounds like you have a bad motherboard.
I would return it.

do you still have the warranty? go to where you brought it and ask them to fix it or replace it
