then look at the Gigabyte U2442 Ultrabook with 14-inch high-resolution 1600x900 pixels resolution displays Nvidia GeForce GT 640M GPU, with 2GB of video memory. most likely will cost more !

5 lb ultrbooks? They're working hard to destroy what little value was in that name. There are plenty of 15" laptops ~5.2 lbs, so this is not even special. I guess they're trying to trick the unsuspecting newbies.

I was just a little interested until I got to the midget resolution. My 11" Netbook has that res. Why put it on a 15" screen? Anyway, why does anyone bother producing 15" laptops anymore...they're just too big and bulky (even a slim, but heavy offering like this one). If you're at home you just plug your notebook into a monitor for high res. I don't understand how this can be called an ultrabook either. I think some strict guidelines of exactly what makes an ultrabook need to be formulated....quickly! 15inches and 5 pounds do not an ultrabook make.

Ultrabooks should be under 3.5 lbs and 0.60 inches.
