The Amazon silk browser is NOT the first browser to preload things on a web server, Opera Mini is.

Opera mini doesn't preload, it compresses the data on Opera's servers before it gets sent to you.

True, but either one results in pages being loaded faster than a normal browser, as well as less data being used.

What kind of title is that? You should have written install on any android device where you first voided the warranty by rooting it.

Most people are still not willing to risk bricking their device (which if you look at actual price without phone subsidy, typically cost around $600 for a decent android phone) and what it would cost you to then replace.

So yeah, anyone willing to risk $600, with a rooted phone can install this.

I have had several phones over that past several years and have rooted almost all of them. The reality of it is that the manufacturers of the phone have contracts with the companies that put the BLOATware software on your phone. I have rooted many times and 90% of the time. I find that the phone works better and the battery life is nearly always extended greatly. Do not let the fear factor into it. Honestly once you try the phone rooted with the best software, you will never want it any other way.
