At the Start screen, right click the background, BINGO BANGO! All Apps option pops up.

What if im a developer does one of those shop, mail or camera tiles im never going to use on my desktop turn into "Visual Studio"
Seriously WTF is up with microsoft, are they trying to alienate customers.

Um....yes you can. It really sounds like you have not used it because I was able to do just that in about 5 minutes.

W8 works splendid, the same interface as my Windows Phone. Since I installed this preview, I rarely use Win7 any more. Keep up the good work MS!
