I wrote to PC World about the crap printers that Kodak is foistering on the computer buying public. I purchased 2 of these *&^%$ printers, an ESP3 and an ESP5250. The ESP3 had to be reinstalled on my computer (at that time) but wouldn't install. USB can't find it! The ESP5250 the ink carriage will not come to the center when the lid is lifted(it is supposed to). On the ESP3 they offered to repair/replace it if I would pay them $100.00! That is more than I paid for it and I purchased it from Kodak! the ESP5250, they won't talk to me at all. So, Kodak warranties aren't worth the paper they are written on.

On Your Side wrote back to me for more information. I replied with the requested information. Haven't heard from them since. Kind of tells you about the different editors.

It appears that Kaodak is filing for bankrptcy, so I wouldn't hold my breath on getting much from them.
