For $60, that's well within the budget of those considering high-end air... If i didn't find my CM Hyper 212+ for $20, I might have sprung for one of these... I do wish these types of cooling setups existed for GPUs though...

One issue Not addressed is: How to prevent the Radiator from being clogged with dust?

Every well used PC that I've opened, was filled with dust.

Shouldn't Every radiator fan be equipped with a filter to prevent dust from plugging up the radiator?

Is it no longer necessary to apply thermal interface material (TIM) to the CPU's intergrated heat spreader and the heat sink? No mention of this is made in this tutorial.

I would like to impress upon all that this installation is not for anyone but the best techs. I can't count the number of units I have had to clean up after a leak developed. Yes, heat sink compound is still needed as the CPU to heatsink, be it air or water cooled, needs that efficient transfer of heat and the compound aids in this. Keeping the cooling fins clean can be a battle but I find that using a filter on the air inlet to the case will keep this to a mnimum.
