Actually, not counting expansion packs, the last time we set foot in Faerun was 2006 with Neverwinter Nights 2

He's referring to the PC version of Baldur's Gate specifically because the rest of the games that are based on Faerun pale in comparison. The storyline was epic, the romantic and social opportunities were epic. I wonder how many others on the planet were able to get the evil drow priestess to fall madly in love with them? Lolth has nothing on my seductive powers of bow chi chi bow wow.

Please God use the same basic keyboard commands for combat. The NWN combat routine blew so badly I didn't last more than an hour before I stopped playing and never went back. Just say NO to turn based combat.

If the do it right I might actually build the new PC I've been thinking about for the past few years and hook it up to my HD TV to play it.
