Constant use of anything will do this, cell phone, keyboard, telephone, pick-ax...

"but also smartphone owners too" from the Dept. of Redundancy Department?

only discomfort i get from ipad use is from my elbows with having my arms bent for so long holding it. it's actually kinda annoying to hold, not just cause of the weight, but the back is very smooth and you can't really rest your thumbs completely on the screen, but at an angle on the narrow side, so both together making holding it in a chair, bed, couch..etc kinda a nuisance as it tends to slip through my hand, requiring constant re adjustment and basically forcing me to hold it with both hands, since most websites print looks so small on it, as do PDF's, i have to hold it closer.

But i'm not really complaining though cause you can't have it all. I think the biggest key for any such ipad shoulder issues is to just move around some and take some breaks. do some stretching too.

Thanks for the warning, RabidWolf--I've corrected the problem. I also changed "brakes" to "breaks," too, as well, in the sentence that begins "He also recommends that users take regular brakes from using their devices."

Thanks for reading.
