Sometimes I find it to be very important to have a copy of the email I have sent to a company or other entity that is sent via clicking on a "contact us" email form that the company/entity has provided when I have contacted, for instance, customer service. If the field in which I have typed my comment/response is large enough so that the entire text is visible on the screen I can print it with my screen capture software. Often, however, one has to type in a small box, so much of what has been entered is not visible, and this is not a solution. Is there a way to get a copy for me of the same information that is sent to the company/entity? Seems like they should provide this option on their form, but I have never seen a form on which they do. Help.

Just right-click it, 'select all', and then right-click and click 'copy'. (or Ctrl+A and then Ctrl+C) Then, open a word document and paste it in there and save it.

@vitaplena
I Use OUTLOOK2003.
You Have Several Options To Save Emails To Different File Extensions.
My Favorite Is '.MSG' - The Simple One, Not The 'UNICODE' One.
You Can 'Save As...' Any Number Of Copies, And When You Click The File, The Exact Message Format Can Pop Up Right In OUTLOOK Again.
