Have you tried to return the card back to Microcenter?

Thanks for that. You were the only one that mentioned that there might be a problem.
No, I have not. The card has burns on it so not sure if they will take it back.
Thanks to others as well...Here is what the problem was occuring to the guy.
The best buy guy said that the 12V rail only had 150Amps or something like that so the 300W power supply would not work with this card, which is why the whole computer exploded. He said that they could try to recover the hard drive for like $800 bucks, but he was not sure if they could get anything from it. He said that mostly all data is damaged and not recoverable based on the damage that the PSU did to the hard drive.
Well went back to my other topic to see what I should get to replaced my broken desktop now.

For the hard drive, one suggestion I'll throw out there is replacing the PCB in it (which just might work here). Basically, you buy another one of the same model, firmware, manufactured in the same country on a similar date, and swap it. (it's the circuit board on the bottom of the drive) I suppose it might be worth a shot...
Need a Windows ISO image?

Try returing the video card and if they give you a hard time than contact the manfucture.
For the hard drive, try talk to the tech guy at microcenter. They will give you a better help with the hard drive than best buy. I am not a big fan of best buy since it is very bad.
Example, I was in the Best buy store (no my choice to be in the store, helping a friend pick up appliances) and employee did not even know how to check what the graphic card was in the laptop when a customer asked about. He look at the tag next to the laptop and than said that will have to search on internet to find what it is. I told them open device manger and it gives you what the card is. After that, she asked me what to get. I gave her the sager website and told her to get one of those. She thanked me and left the store.

Will try later this week to return it and see if they take back the card. And will check about the hard drive for a second opinion.

Thanks. They took the video card back. Plus they recovered about 30% of the hard drive for $80 bucks. They said that there was other things they could do but it would cost like $500 and up and not sure if they could recover the the 70%. I got back some of my photos and documents. Thanks again for the advice.
