Override Password Protection cannot log on

My 6 year old nephew has set a password on my father's desktop computer and we cannot log on. He has Windows XP.
It will not let you
log on as a guest either.

If you start the computer in safe mode, than you can log in to admin account. From there, you will be able to change the password.

Windows 8 is a useless OS that Microsoft released that has many flaws and bugs. DO NOT USE IT. Use Windows XP or Windows 7.
