Why is the lack of a blu-ray player surprising in a budget all-in-one? Its called ''BUDGET'' for a reason.

My problem with "All in ones" is that when something fails you loose both a monitor and a computer. With a tower its much easier to upgrade and extend life and many times you can replace a computer before a monitor fails. Of course the other issue is once you buy a "All in one" you will end up buying a "All in one" every time. Considering their are plenty on smaller PC's that work well as a desktop and let you opt for a better monitor. Why buy a "All in one"?

I plug my desktop into a huge TV. Tell where I can get an all in one to provide a 46" screen and quad core performance for under £800?

I am addicted to my home-built power desktop, and my Vizio 32" screen. If only the latter were touch!

I don't understand thae popularity of these so-called all in one PCs. All they are is a laptop without a keyboard and mouse sensing input. This glaring omission hardly qualifies them as ALL in one.

Many machines begin as all in one types but when updating peripherals, built ins get disabled and externals take over. Just like an all in one printer, when one part fails it most often affects the whole machine. Murphy's Law. Now with the blossoming of the flat panel, more and more hardware and interface ports are being included on the system boards. If the PC companies will catch on to motion detection that's part of almost all game consoles, even keyboards may start taking a backseat.

I'm rather surprised that no mention of the super-fast Alienware all-in-one isn't mentioned or a single one of the Mac Systems or Asus, all of which out perform every one of the ones (save Lenovo) here. I've been out looking recently for a good 'gaming' or 'graphics' system (Solid-State Drive, no less than 8Gb of Ram, 1Tb of memory and Intel 7 Series processors). Every salesman I talked too compared them to the Mac which has sold me on Mac because the Mac rep didn't 'compare' at all. Mac is not a business computer but it'll blow away everything when it comes to gaming or graphics.

The problem with most equipment upgrades is that the operating system and RAM can't support the demands.
Although the 2Tb HD is a selling point, there are mid-ranged Hp's that out perform your Lenovo for only a little more than you paid for it (and they come with Blu-Ray).

iMac's are NOT touch because the Tree-huggers don't want to dirty their screen with their granola bar oils on their hands :)
