Microsoft's Axed Courier Tablet Concept Reborn As Ipad App

I can see the reason why Microsoft did not continue developing the software. First it makes sense if you use in landscape mode. Two, it means dividing your screen in two, which you can do by putting two apps side by side like Windows 8 does now. Why pay for an apps when you can do it with your tablet?

MS cancelled the project due to internal "issues' with the OS and how it might segment the market. Additionally, courier was a two screen configuration, not an app that split a tablet screen in two.
