I overzealously changed my Windows 7 display settings and would appreciate learning how to restore them to their default values.

Hi. Right click on a blank space on the desktop and then click personallize on the menu. On the left click adjust resolution and you can redajust it there.

Coastie's suggestion works if you messed with the windows theme. If text is too big or blurry, right-click the desktop and click 'Screen Resolution'. The highest resolution listed is usually the native one, which you should use.
