I'd stay away from this or any Asus product as they have horrible customer service and refuse to stand by any product that they make. I had a tiny issue with my brand new prime dock (one of the keys fell off) and instead of helping me I was supposed to send it in at my expense and then PAY for a fix. BRAND NEW PRODUCT, sad. Anyway I returned it, the tablet, a new laptop and the mother board from my gaming PC.

Lots of companies require you to send the product in for warranty repair. If the product was purchased less than 30 days ago, the retailer you bought it from should have been able to exchange it. Even great products can suffer from a few bad apples.

I have had the exact opposite experience. I visited an Asus customer service center and they spent a ton of time helping me and even expedited my replacement parts free of charge. I have owned Asus products for years and never had any quality issues.

I tried to use a small retailer who is unable to accept warranty items for Asus as per Asus (confirmed via email with Asus), sad.

Well, that's what you get when you buy something out of the back of a van instead of at an authorized dealer.

Just downloaded the update. Sounds like a work around for the ongoing WiFi trouble. Unfortunately if you are out of range for WiFi you probably won't be able to use an Ethernet cable either. I'm interested in the other updates though.

Is anyone else having trouble finding the new face unlock feature? I've found and tested the other new features but the face unlock is eluding me. If anyone knows more about it i'd greatly appreciate to be brought into the light. Thanks!

Like I've heard before, "Opinions are just like azzholes, everybody's got one". Where did you purchase your tablet and keyboard and when? If you paid someone personally for your Prime/keyboard dock, it is not refundable or repairable thru Asus so they have the option to have you at your expense ship it to them if you're past the store return policy. If you bought it at Staples, Office Depot or Best Buy, you have 14 days with Staples, and 30 days with other in store/online purchases from retailers. Your interaction with Asus is questionable and subjective at best. I've had a issue with the second Prime I bought for my wife, it was a display model and an Asus rep talked me thru the entire process of resetting it, NO ISSUES or charges. If you were smart, you could have paid full price for a brand new keyboard dock at your local retailer and returned YOUR defective keyboard and got your cash back. And why return the laptop and motherboard, is this to suggest to us YOUR personal discontent against Asus. Post the email of your conversation you had that they (Asus) would have sent you after your call because something doesn't seem as you have presented in your posting, here's some advice, STOP TROLLING!!!
