If they are so worried about their workers.. put some laws and regulations in place to protect them.

I have to shake my head, isn't it the government that sets the standards of health and safety for its citizens and for businesses that operate?

I know if you practice falun gong, they will show the power of the State. So do the same with multinationals.

What more proof do you require. The government if China has no intention of ever doing anything constructive for their workers.
