Wait do not cancel my subscription as I requested. There may be hope for PC World after all. I was feeling "holier than thou" but it turns out that many others were of like opinion about the apparent loss of values of a fairly good product review magazine. Pat Gogan, Modesto CA.

Congratulations to PC World and its business side managers for recognizing they made a mistake, AND, for fixing it. OK folks shake it off. Well, maybe it isn't that easy, but give it a try anyway.Try this. Face the coffee maker and say, "Whew. Am I glad that's over."Now pour a strong cup and then please get back to work and produce a magazine instead of headlines.

I have always considered PC World's reviews to be the weak point of the magazine. You seldom say anything critical about a product and you seldom compare competing products in a meaningful way -- your lists of top ten give so little information that no buyer could make an informed decision. Perhaps now we understand the source of this reluctance to criticize. I have subscribed for many years and recently renewed, but not for your reviews!
