Help
I have an older Acer desktop that has another Virus. I've been thru this once or twice before but not in years. I set it back up for a brother and got it working great but it's messed up again. The last time, I somehow got to an option of putting it back to "factory condition" and then I reinstalled windows from the cd. Problem is, I can't get to that option so if anyone could just tell me how to get there, I could redo this all again and all should be good. Thank You.
