Who "demands" anything of a private company? And until it's trading it's private.
I don't like Facebook or Zuckerberg but i'm pretty sure he's got just enough nads left to tell this "group" exactly where they can put there "demands".
We are becoming way to politically "correct" these days and someone(powerful) needs to stand up and say FU.

If they earn their way up there, then they may get on the board. As said in the article, their COO is female. Groups like this are despicable for how they push this affirmative action BS. More men hold these positions because men are both more interested in this industry overall, and because women tend to choose more jobs where they can leave easily and raise children versus men who generally spend longer at said company and can work up the ladder.
