This would seem to make a browser feature I have long looked for, but not found, even more desirable. Wouldn't it be great if browser developers gave users an option to turn off all actions triggered by "hovering" and/or "mouseing over" code. I mean, my mouse pointer has to go somewhere, but that doesn't mean I want a bunch of stuff popping up and down every time I move it. The basic assumption should be, if the user doesn't click it, the user doesn't want it.
