Sync Browser Bookmarks Between Windows And Android

The free, but more hackish, way to sync IE would be to use (free) XMarks to sync IE to Firefox/Chrome and then use the previously described methods described to sync to Android.
You will, however, need to open Firefox or Chrome occasionally to allow XMarks to sync them and then allow their Android syncing solutions to run.
Assuming Chrome's syncing solution is also cross-platform, everything described here (minus the presence of IE but plus the presence of Safari) will also work on Macs.
