How To Stop All Oracle Products - Win Xp

I'm trying to install additional Oracle products on my XP VM, but it is telling me to kill all running oracle products. It states that by running the Oracle utility: oradim80 or the Windows NT service Control Panel I can stop all of these services, but I cannot find either. Any help?

Hi and welcome to the forums. Not sure if this will work, but usually does. hit Tab + Alt and this will show all running programs and you can shut them down, or it may do it automatically.
