Yep. 'Cloud Storage' meets 'Data Recovery'.
Back up your data to media that YOU control.
Period.
Back it up to the cloud, too, if you like, but keep in mind the FBI is now groping over all of the files and logs they 'captured', and it may be YEARS before the data is made available to any users who submit the lengthy list of legal filings to get it back... if EVER.
Worse still for 'recovery', just because the brain trust at the FBI took the servers down and boxed up the hard drives, it doesn't mean they really can put humpty dumpty back together, to recover ALL of your files, or make sure the RIGHT people get the RIGHT files. Nor does it guarantee any of the drives or equipment will not go 'missing' from an evidence locker, if not merely misplaced in some dusty corner. More likely a warehouse added to a years-long backlog for analysis for evidence to be used against anyone and everyone.
