Memory: 8GB http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820313080
Power Supply: 620W http://www.newegg.co...N82E16817151095
Video Card: ASUS 550ti http://www.newegg.co...N82E16814121434
SSD Card: 120GB http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820226236

Wireless Card: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16833166063
I don't know too much with SSD cards and wireless cards. If there is something better please let me know. He already have a 500GB hard drive for storage. This combo is approximately $700.
PS. I know I have posted many forums about different computer parts. I apologize about the somewhat duplicates, just learning more about each component that I put on here. There is always something that I learn.
Thanks to all!

However, I notice you didn't include a case or OS. For case, I recommend an antec 300. For OS, win7 home premium 64-bit oem. Personally, I might drop the SSD and up the GPU to a 560ti, which will help with games (right now the 550ti is enough for most stuff at 1080p high detail, but later on might not be), but will hurt loading times and overall performance. It's up to him.

Hi. I noticed that you you opted for a Micro ATX Motherboard. If this due to the case size, then fine. To add a bit to what Brian hs said, you would do well with the Z68 Chipset as it adds a bit more flexibility. If the budget can handle it, then you might want to consider this one: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16813131786.

Also, I was looking around on other memory and components and found these two memory sticks. What is the difference between them besides the price and rating? http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820313081 http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820313080
Would low voltage ram be good for overclocking? Low Voltage: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820231461 1.5V http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820231416
If he is not going to overclock would the i5 2500 would ok? The 2500 is ten dollars less but has the similar to the same stats from what I see. He wants a fast processor but still fit in a $600 to $700 budget.

OK. I think it might be worth dropping the SSD, and getting a slightly lower wattage, non-modular power supply, but that's just me. (for instance, you can run 2 550tis or a single 680 off a seasonic s12ii 520W, so why go for more power?)

Having the budget would be a good idea. The 550Ti is fine. I do tend to go with EVGA for Nvidia cards, but the ASUS should be fine and they are the same price. If you can get the budget up a bot and go with the Motherboard I suggested, I think he'll be happier with it. I am using a P8Z68-VPro which is a bit more, but that board is a good one none the less.
