I've been piecing together a beautiful gaming rig and I just realized I forgot one of the most important factors. The networking.

From what people tell me, for gaming Killer is a must have, I'm not entirely sure though, and I also want the ability to run wireless if possible. I mean I'd be wired more often than not, but just the ability to do so would be lovely..

The motherboard is going to be an Asus Sabertooth X79 TUF board, and I'm going to have two GeForce GTX 550 Ti's in there, if that helps location-wise and for info and what-have-you.

For ethernet, you can use the port on the motherboard. For wireless, get a cheap PCI/PCIe or USB adapter (a 802.11n one is a good idea).

Rosewill and ASUS make some good wireless adapters in my opinion. Anything with a 802.11n and does 300Mbps is a good card to get.
