But why even use the web browser to get to Dropbox? It puts a folder in your favorites into which you can drop files from your PC. It works similar to any other network attached folder.

I despised those icons too, and I told them so in no uncertain terms. I was also unhappy about the difficulty of closing a Google+ without risking my whole Googly world, but they seem to have fixed that too. Somebody's listening! Yay!

I tried changing labels from icon to text. The result was this line disappeared. Then changed from text back to icon. Still no icons. All the choices for toolbar are checked.

The text is now working correctly, so ignore this comment.

Loved the Gmail tip! I hated the new format but this softens the blow a little.

Thank you so much for these tips, Rick! Yes, I too hate when developers change things because they think we want it when we are happy with what we had (Facebook is another prime example). I just changed my e-mail back to text. No more trying to remember what the icons mean.

I too, am Very Grateful for the GMail Icon tip! - Aside from the obvious pain it is to navigate with symbols only, w/ No Text, - Does anyone know exactly what the big 'Improvement' was / is supposed to actually DO??

Quit whining about the new labels. I am 52,, and if anyone is resistant to change, it's me. The new labels are so intuitive that I didn't even notice the change. I had to go there to look to see what change you people were even talking about. Tech and the way web sites look will keep moving on with or without your permission. Get over it!

You are great help! I was sick of Gmail buttons. Every time I had to place the cursor on a button to find out what it will do. You have saved me from that hassle. Many thanks for helping to change to Text,

I want to save all my mails at present in Gmail on a DVD. What are the easiest ways to do it?

You are so right. I am 65 and had to go back to see what they were talking about too. It was obvious what they were.

Hi all. need some help. Is there a good cloud service managing app (especially one containing file managing services like dropbox and google docs)?

Hi, try CloudKafe. both of the services you mentioned are supported by it.
