Ok, Im using a laptop and my monitor is dead but I'm currently using my TV, when I reboot to start Zorin will it come up on my TV or my dead laptop monitor?

It depends. Some lappys detect an external monitor in use, and some require you push one of the function keys (check manual for exact key).
