Mini Pc Vs Ncomputing compare ncomputing to d525 mini pc

Hello

I'm opening an internet cafe and for some reason i dont want to use desktop
so i cant decide between ncomputing l300 and a mini pc with this description
Onboard Intel D525 dual core four-thread CPU 1.8G 800MHZ FSB,1M L2 cache
Memory DDR3 SO-DIMM 2GB
1000g lan
Internal graphic card Intel GMA3150 core display, default 256m
ssd 32gig

I didn't work with atoms so i don't know is this suitable for me or not
windows 7 for pc and windows server 2008 r2 for host

the mini pc is made by chines factory

Experts Please Help

I've used ncomputing boxes before, and they're ok for internet surfing I guess. I'm not sure that I would get an atom machine - those are fairly slow. Why don't you want to use regular desktops?

hello

I dont want to use regular pc because I'm in iran and when embargo starts pc product become rare and so expensive and god knows when things come back to normal
so i want to import mini pc from china (alibaba) because only china deals with us
but if your experience says that china atom mini pc are not worth to buy, i listen and wait a couple mounts and hope things back to normal
but ncomputing product find here like L300 for 205$
China mini pc with sheeping price is 180$
doller is expensive here

so help me

That chinese brand sounds a bit generic, so I think that an ncomputing box is probably the best bet here. That solution is more energy efficient than a bunch of atoms anyway.
