I would like to purchase either the HTC One X or the One S but the non-expandable storage puts me off buying them.

Again no battery test, and when the review is updated nobody will know because PCW won't tell you, you have to look. Battery life is a crucial part of the smart phone experience, every bit as important as the frame rate on gaming. Why is it that PCW can't include this information in the original reviews? Why can't you at least provide your subjective experience with battery life?

Wait a little longer and you get Samsung Galaxy S3 inbound.

How can this phone get a 4.5 star when the cons list mediocre call quality??? Isn't call quality the most important thing for a PHONE??? If it has mediocre call quality it should get a one star. Ginny, are you mad???

Your review mentioned it was hard to view in sunlight. Your review of HTC Sensation 4G mentions this too. I purchased HTC Sensation 4G when it was released in July 2011 and am unable to view the screen outside and even in the car if there is even a small amount of light. I can't tell if there are icons on the screen; even if I could see my contact list icon, I wouldn't be able to read the contacts. It is just very dark. I contacted HTC help but there is nothing I can do(Yes, have brightness at highest level). Does anyone have any suggestions? Am I missing something obvious? My partner's iphone is just fine in the same light. It surprises me that this deficiency wouldn't just eliminate these phones from any 'top anything' list. Isn't being able to use your phone outside pretty critical to its performance rating?

I am still on my HTC EVO 4G from two years ago and it works flawlessly! I have upgraded the microSD card to 32G and bought two 3500 mah batteries that give me the open opportunity to do whatever I want on my phone all day long w/o worrying about how much juice I'm using. I have been looking at all the new phones and for the life of me can't see any reason at all to buy another phone. They call it an upgrade semantically, but I beg to differ. Without the ability to change batteries or storage I just don't feel like it's an alleged upgrade. And with my phone being such a good product I'm not sure upgrading will ever be necessary except to keep up w/ the Jones'.
